1. PROJECT / PLANT MANAGER NJHPC (Pay-package: Lump sum)
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• A Graduate Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical /Electronics) Mechatronics) with 15-20 years of experience, with at least 05 years of related experience. Preference will
be given to the candidates having Masters in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience working with contract regulations, related laws in IPP business, experience in operation of hydel power stations preferably will be considered added qualification.
AGE:
Maximum age 65 years on the last date of submission of application.
REMUNERATION:
Market-based competitive package will be offered commensurate with the qualification and experience of the candidate.

2. CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR /MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT NJHPC (Pay-package: Lump sum)

dynamic, having proven track-record of integrity. Internal audit functions and should be a leader with a vision to deliver in the challenging work environment meeting the
following criteria:
QUALIFICATION &EXPERIENCE:
• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
• Certified Internal Auditor; or • Certified Fraud Examiner; or • Certified Internal Control Auditor; or
• Person holding a Master Degree in Finance from a university recognized by HEC.
• The candidate must comply with Fit & Proper criteria as prescribed in Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 amended upto 2017.
Candidate must have minimum Five (05) years of relevant audit experience in Govt. department / Semi-Govt. organization / Corporations / Autonomous Bodies or large commercial organization or large public limited companies of repute.

Qualification & Experience:
• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
• Member of a recognized body of corporate chartered secretaries; or
• Person holding a Master Degree in Business Administration or Commerce or a Law Graduate from a university recognized by HEC with at least five (05) years of
relevant experience in Govt. department / Semi-Govt. organization / Corporations / Autonomous Bodies or large commercial organization or large public limited
companies of repute.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate organization out of which at least 5 years’ progressive experience of Company Secretary /Assistant Company Secretary
Position is must.
• Candidates with diversity of experience from both public and private sector will be given preference
• Well versed with Companies Law and SECP regulations. Strong knowledge of all Regulatory Affairs is mandatory requirement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
• Strong IT Skills and must be proficient in use of Microsoft office, video conferencing applications etc.

How to Apply for Water and Power Development Authority Jobs 2021 ?
a. The officers appointed against the posts of Deputy Director (Vigilance) shall initially remain on probation for a period of 01 year under Federal Government guidelines / WAPDA Policy.
b. The appointments against the posts of Deputy Director (Security) shall be made on lump sum pay package for a period of 01 year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance). The services of Officers appointed on lump sum pay package shall not be regularized at any stage.
Applicants must be citizens of Pakistan who are advised to read the following instructions carefully before filling the relevant prescribed application form available on the website (www.pts.org.pk). This advertisement is also available on WAPDA’s website (www.wapda.gov.pk).
INSTRUCTIONS & GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Candidates applying on prescribed application form for the posts available on www.pts.org.pk only will be considered for short listing.
- Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates for test / interview.
- All Ex-Servicemen should be medically category ‘A’ and character at the time of discharge from the Armed Forces should be “Exemplary” or equivalent.
- Professional degrees must be verified from issuing authority.
- General Age Relaxation has already been included in the age mentioned against each category. No further age relaxation is allowed in the prescribed age limit.
- Government employees should apply through proper channel after obtaining NOC from concerned department.
- Original documents must be presented by the candidates at the time of interview.
- The candidates shall be called for interviews / further process subject to detailed scrutiny of documents and after checking of eligibility under the rules. Merely passing of written test does not make the candidature eligible for further recruitment process.
- The officers who have been retired / weeded out of service on disciplinary grounds as well as dismissed or debarred from future employment are not eligible to apply.
- The applications submitted by the candidates will be at the risk and cost of the applicant. Any information found bogus at any stage, during induction process or later in service, will result in termination of candidature or employment thereof.
- WAPDA reserves the right to withhold / cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. The number of posts can be increased or decreased by the competent authority.

- Deposited amount is neither refundable nor transferable.
- Submission of hard copy of the application form is not required.
- Incomplete applications / applications carrying incorrect information or test fee not paid shall be summarily rejected.
